Description
For those who love an intense coffee with beautiful tasting notes. For this special edition the coffee is sun-dried with skin on, just as it it picked from the tree. This way the beans maintain the mucilague which is then transform in wine/ fermented flavour. A slight but prolongued roast gives it a medium- high acidity.
This is an exclusive coffee grown in very smalls crops.
