This coffee is the result after looking for the red wine notes of a natural process plus the smoothness of the washed processes. We have designed a 200-hours controlled fermentation process which leads to rose wine delicate notes, red grapes acidity and a mixed berries accentuated fragrance and this is our PASSION 300 COFFEE, PROUDLY DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED BY OUR EXPERT COFFEE ROASTERS AND CUPPERS
